SEEING

I'm quite a bit obsessed with this theme lately. You'll know what I'm talking about soon, when my little something arrives on the mail. I'll just say that between pinterest and the inspirational messages I'm collecting there, plus my new Carry On application, I learnt a bit of design history that surprised the hell out of me... or did many of you know about this?

Estoy un poquito obsesionada con esta temática del Carry on últimamente. Ya veréis a qué me refiero exactamente en unos días, cuando llegue cierto paquetito que espero por correo. Sólo os diré que entre Pinterest y los mensajes inspiracionales que colecciono, y mi nueva aplicación de Carry on, me he sorprendido a mí misma aprendiendo algo de historia del diseño. Y si no... ¿cuántos de vosotros conocíais la historia de estos posters?

SMELLING

The leather of the backpack a girl was carrying on the seat before me at the bus. You know... that moroccan smell? the intense one?

El cuero de la mochila de la chica que iba sentada delante de mí en el autobús. ¿sabéis cuál os digo? ¿el que huele a Marruecos, tan intenso?

TOUCHING/FEELING

What's with acting like infants when you're in the verge of the 30's? seriously, I can't take people that act like children and get angry at nonsenses...

Totally on the verge of tears when reading the "fatal error" when trying to get the newest version of Itunes. Something went wrong, had to re-iniciate the computer, get an error check... 4 hours of complete agony until I fixed it.

Cabreada ante los infantilismos de ciertas personas cuando vas camino de los 30.

Casi al borde de las lágrimas cuando vi la pantallita de "error fatal" al actualizar mi Itunes. Tuve que reiniciar el ordenador, hacer un chequeo de errores y una defragmentación del disco y, tras 4 horas, logré arreglarlo.

TASTING

LISTENING

I'm glad that another of my personal favourites is back to singing... Vega has a new single out Let's open the door, and sounds nicely enough to make it to a 5 Senses. Apparently it was on a TV ad for Orange last Christmas... but I have to confess, I learnt that while looking for the code to insert the video here.

Me encanta que otra de mis cantantes favoritas esté de vuelta en la canción... Vega tiene un nuevo single y bajo mi punto de vista, suena tan bien como para merecerse un hueco en este 5 senses. Parece ser que fue la música de un anuncio para Orange de las últimas navidades, pero confieso no haberme enterado hasta que me puse a buscar el código para insertar aquí el vídeo.

This week is a short one, nevertheless... let's hope it's a good week!
