SEEING
I saw this very useful video on how to waer scarves by Glamour and Loewe, and I thought it was a perfect idea now that vacation is approaching and people need to find new and fun ideas on how to manage their hair (I'm thinking of the wind near the sea).
Vi este vídeo tan educativo de Glamour y Loewe y pensé que sería perfecto para incluir en el blog ahora que se acercan y las vacaciones y todas necesitamos de ideas frescas y divertidas sobre como "gestionar" nuestro pelo (estoy pensando en el viento a la orilla del mar).
TASTING
Searching for something to take to work for a meal at La sirena, I came across the newest Häagen Dazs flavour, Mint Leaves and Chocolate, which I had been thinking about ever since I saw the TV ad. I have to admit, not only I wasn't disappointed (at ALL) but I found it delicious, refreshing and awesome.
Buscando algo que llevarme de comer al día siguiente al trabajo en La Sirena, me encontré de bruces con el nuevo sabor de Häagen.Dazs, Mint Leaves & Chocolate, que llevaba queriendo probar desde que vi el anuncio de la tele por primera vez. No sólo no me ha decepcionado en absoluto, sino que lo he encontrado delicioso, refrescante y sensacional.
SMELLING
The new À la mode air fresheners on taxis, the ones on the tiny bottle with the wooden cap... I still haven't found a smell that I didn't like.
Los nuevos ambientadores de los taxis, los de los pequeños botecitos con tapa de madera... todavía no he encontrado un aroma que no me guste.
TOUCHING/FEELING
Like I can't wait anymore for my vacation. It's been a whole year without more than a couple of days off, and I really need it. Thankfully the next 5 Senses will be the last from Madrid for a while.
Que las vacaciones no acaban de llegar... hay tardes que se me hacen eternas, y los fines de semana apenas duran nada ya. Ha pasado un año sin vacaciones y ya noto que las necesito... por suerte, el próximo 5 senses será el último que escriba desde Madrid en algún tiempo.
LISTENING
I listened to the song on the previous video and fell in love with it, so it was king of appropiate to include it perse on the musical section. The thing is, by looking for the title of the song to download it, I came across the couple of artist that perform it, and fell in love with their latest album, which I inmediatly bought. Their name is Kaliyo, the album is Trapeze, and they are very nice for summer afternoons.
Escuché la canción del video que os he puesto antes y me gustó tanto, que me puse a buscarla como una loca por la red. No sólo di con ella, sino que encima descubrí a las artistas que la cantan, que fueron una grata sorpresa. En apenas media hora me había hecho con su último disco... ellas son Kaliyo, el disco se llama Trapeze, y es música ideal para las cálidas tardes de verano.
