SEEING
I had passed my MBA’s Accounting exam… yeah!

All the presents from my multiple Invisible Friends (both at work and at the MBA) I loved them… thanks! And that is, considering I tend to hate all the invisible friend paraphernalia…

Thanks to A.M too, for giving us a lovely bracelet even if we weren’t her invisible friend

Que había aprobado el examen de conta… ¡¡genial!!

Todos los regalos de mis múltiples amigos invisibles… gracias, me han encantado. Además, tenéis que tener en cuenta que eso es un logro, porque he de reconocer que toda la idea del Amigo Invisible nunca me ha apasionado.

Gracias también a A.M., por regalarnos a todas sus compis de grupo una preciosa pulsera incluso no siendo sus amigas invisibles.

SMELLING
Arancha’s delicious Christmas cookies… and all shaped and coloured too! She was so sweet to bring them for our last day of class before the winter break…

TOUCHING/FEELING
Completely and utterly angry at the outcome of the Company’s Convention activity… We were supposed to be painting huge pictures with finger paint, and ended up in the paint wars. I have to say, I was having the time of my life until I discovered that the cover up clothes we were given let the paint trespass to our clothes. I was wearing 500€ pants for god’s sake!!! Thank the lord the paint came out…

Relaxed and happy, at last, after the last 2 weeks of tension and exams at the MBA during our Christmas meal with everyone of the MBA. We laughed, we danced, we drank, and we attended a very freaky birthday from one of the singers at Operación Triunfo.

Absolutamente cabreada con el resultado de la actividad de la convención. Aunque en principio se trataba de pintar grandes lienzos con pintura en grupos, aquello se convirtió en la guerra de la pintura. Todo iba bien (y yo me lo estaba pasando de lujo) hasta que descubrimos que los monos protectores protegían menos de lo esperado, y la pintura traspasaba.

Relajada y tranquila, por fin, después de semanas de infarto y encierro para los exámenes y trabajos de final de asignatura del Máster. Menudo día más completo de aperitivo+copa+comida+copa de merienda… ¡¡genial!! Voy a echar de menos a las chicas.

TASTING
A wonderful buffet and champagne at the MBA’s Christmas party. I don’t know what was better, if the tuna, the cheese or the astonishing micro chocolate muffin with raspberry.

Un delicioso buffet en la copa de Navidad del MBA. El postre, lo mejorcito de todo: micro muffins de chocolate con frambuesa… todavía me relamo.

LISTENING
A wonderful presentation about Loewe by the CEO! It was fantastic to be able to learn about the DNA of such an International Spanish Brand. First part of the presentation has already been posted here. For the second half… well, you’ll have to be a little more patient, but I promise not much.

JR on the phone, directly from London. It’s always a pleasure to be able to talk to him… even if it is from time to time he manages to lift my spirits and it looks like we haven’t been apart.

A. and his new Gospel group (Studio34) perform at my old school. It was a very nice concert, we had so much fun. I have to admit, we didn’t know you had so much talent, boy ;P

Una interesantísima presentación sobre Loewe por la mismísima CEO. Fue genial poder conocer de primera mano los elementos clave del ADN de una marca española internacional. La primera parte de la presentación podéis verla aquí. El resumen de la segunda… bueno, tendréis que ser algo pacientes para leerla.

A J.R. al teléfono. Parece mentira que aunque hablemos esporádicamente, siempre parezca que llevamos apenas horas sin hablarnos. Siempre me ponen de excelente humor estas llamadas.

A. y su nuevo grupo Gospel (Studio34) actuar en mi viejo colegio. Fue un concierto chulísimo, nos lo pasamos genial. A… queé cayadito te tenías este talento bailongo, ¿eh?
