SEEING

I went to see James Bond's latest movie on Thursday, and I have to say... I loved it. Once you're able to avoid the time references (it gets a bit messy), the movie is a great one. I'm very happy that we've been returned a villain that's bad enough to hate, that we're back to the Monnypenny bantering... I also love the fact that Daniel Craig is the best James Bond since Sean Connery... he has the same petulance, not obviously tremendously handsome features, and that teeny tiny bit of fun that's so typically Bond, he's also not untouchable, and you can se him actually be beaten up. I love the references to other Bond's gadgets (I'm still weaping over the car), and the fact that it was mostly featured in London. So go watch it if you want to have fun!

El otro día fue a ver la última peli de Bond, y tengo que confesar que me ha encantado. Una vez una es capaz de olvidarse de algunas libertades en los timming algo confusas, la película merece la pena. Me alegra haber recuperado un villano lo suficientemente malo y asqueroso como para odiarlo con 1 minuto en pantalla, que hayamos vuelto a esa relación de pica-pelón con Monnypenny... Y también me encanta el hecho de que Daniel Craig es uno de los mejores Bond desde Sean Connery: con toda su arrogancia, una belleza no precisamente obvia (más bien absolutamente masculina), y esos pequeños guiños de coña que son tan típicamente Bond. También me gusta el hecho de que no sea intocable, que se despeine, sufra, sangre e incluso reciba palizas. Me hicieron mucha gracia los guiños a los gadgets antiguos (sigo llorando sobre el cohe), y también que haya sido rodada en su mayor parte en Londres. Así que id a verla si os apetece pasar un buen rato.

TOUCHING/FEELING

A wee bit scared during my driving class on Sunday, with all the rain... I couldn't see, and those big ponds in the middle of the way aren't just precisely helpful!

Un poquito asustada durante mi clase de conducir del domingo, ya que con toda la lluvia que estaba cayendo, era imposible ver. Además, el tema de las piscinas olímpicas en medio de la carretera tampoco ayuda a mantener los nervios a raya.

SMELLING

Popcorn is one of the best smells in the world. I wonder what could happen if the bottled it and sold it.
El olor de las palomitas es de lo mejor del mundo, me pregunto qué pasaría si alguien se atreviera a embotellarlo y venderlo como perfume.

TASTING

Yummy rice with red prawns.
Riquísimo arroz con carabineros.

LISTENING

The easiest thing (and more coherent) to do would be to put Adele's Skyfall here, but since it was featured in this 5 Senses entrance a while back, I've decided to go with another song, one of the latest to hit my playlist: S.O.S. by Rihanna.

Lo fácil (y coherente) sería poneros aquí la canción de Adele de Skyfall, pero como ya la publiqué en otro 5 senses hace algún tiempo, no parece que tenga mucho sentido. Así que prefiero poneros la canción S.O.S. de Rihanna, que es movidita y estupenda para empezar la semana con marcha.
