SEEING

The Sound of Music with my Mum on TV, and not be able to resist singing all the pretty songs, as well as admiring the Baroness' wardrobe (and secretly wondering what all the fuss with Maria was with such an elegant woman on the picture... she even has her own Barbie Doll!!!)

"Sonrisas y Lágrimas" con mi madre el otro día... y no poder evitar acabar tarareando la banda sonora al completo, además de piropear el armario de la Baronesa (mientras nos preguntábamos molestas qué diablos tenía María como para dejar ir a semejante mujer... ¡pero si hasta tiene su propia Barbie!). Una pena que no haya más fotos suyas en la web.

SMELLING

The new Bulgari perfume, Omnia Coral, I think it' the name... I had already smelled it when in Marbella (my Mum is alwyas in a constant search of a new perfume, but she doesn't seem to find one that convinces her 100%), and once again during last week, and the thing is, it's smells pretty good...

El nuevo perfume de Bulgari, Omnia coral, creo que se llama. Lo olimos por primera vez en Marbella (mi madre siempre anda a la búsqueda y captura de su nuevo perfume, pero no acaba de encontrar ése que la convenza 100%), y lo cierto es que no sólo me convence, sino que me gusta...

TOUCHING/FEELING

My niece's hands clasping mine, while helping her walk... she's already making for the run! thankfully, even though she's still little, she's tall enough for me to help her walk without bending my back, an important improvement since Christmas.

Las manitas de mi sobri agarrarse a las mías mientras la ayudo a caminar... ya casi corre (con ayuda) menos mal que aunque sigue siendo una enana, ya es suficientemente alta como para que pueda ayudarla sin inclinar la espalda... una importante mejora para mí respecto a las Navidades.

TASTING

Tacos at my cousin's. Imust admit, the cook them like proffesionals... and even though you know you'll regret it by the end of the day, you can't help but pour another spoon of the mix on your tortilla when around the mix.

Los tacos que hace mi prima y su marido, les quedan como a profesionales, y aunque sepas que en el futuro no muy lejano te arrepentirás, como que estando alrededor de la perola no puedes evitar echarte "sólo una cucharadita más".

LISTENING

I'm going to go all the way with my nerd self and post you this song... which I discovered watching the reality show on MTV "Alaska y Mario"... I must confess, I didn't anticipate it being so funny. In any case, I was so much into the mood of the show that when this song played, i had to have it, and it kind of gives me very good vibes, so it's the kind of thing to post to enlighten a Monday, isn't it?

Voy a tope con mi lado más friki y la canción de hoy, que descubrí viendo el reality de Alaska y Mario en la MTV, al que me he enganchado irremediablemente... es lo que tiene sorprenderse a una misma comprobando que sus protagonistas son la monda. En cualquier caso, la canción la descubrí por el progrma, y estaba tan metida en el rollo y es tan animada y divertida, que pensé que sería una opción ideal para animar un lunes.
