5 Senses 118: a tale of Belgium

You know I've been in Brussels for the weekend, which means that this 5 Senses will be highly Belgian, since there are a lot of things I'll like to share with you from this wonderful trip.

SEEING
All those garbage bags on the street upon my arrival to Brussels. They have a very peculiar system, in which you have a certain day in which you take out to be collected (out of which you're fined). There's also the fact that if you through the incorrect rubbish in the incorrect bag, you risk not only having you bag rejected (and hence, risking a fine) but being fined if they find in it any sort of identification with which they can relate you to the bag.

The lovely and beautiful city of Bruges... so teeny tiny, full of wonderful colourful shops, houses and establishements you feel like in a tale. I loved it! you'll have the opportunity of seeing my pictures in later posts in the week.

SMELLING
Is there anything better that the smell of dark chocolate? Or of fresh baked biscuits? I doubt it. In fact, I'm quite sure that's just how Heaven smells... it's certainly how most of the stores in Brussels do, which makes it a fantabulous city...

TOUCHING/FEELING
Super comfy at Leo & David's house, such wonderful hosts that have made my stay fantastic, and funny. Thank you so much for an awesome weekend!!

¡¡Muchas gracias!!

Super pissed off when told (once I was half way through the finger) that I had to check in my suitcase. The one that according to Iberia regulations fits the cabine. The one it was too big to travel on board in this flight, even though I found 5 suitcases just like mine inside... I hate when they're arbitrary in this things.

TASTING
Chocolate (really good one), and chips on a paper cone, and awesome gofres near the Manneken Pis. Incredible!!

LISTENING
So, I've been listening quite a few things this weekend (David, mainly) but one of the ones I've promised to keep up back home was The #1, a reality show Leo has introduced me to. Obviously, my votes are and will be with the wonderful Roko, how's not only one of the best voices, but the most complete artist of the set.
